Ilija Stojković, who works as a real estate broker in Menhent, shared his impressions from New York in the fight against the coronavirus for Boje jurat.
"New York is currently the epicenter of events in the world and it has already been about 45 days since more serious measures were introduced, and we have already reached over ten thousand deaths," he announced.
As Stojković says, New York is currently a ghost town, people follow the measures, stay at home and take care of the distance.
"Everyone says that New York will never be the same again, the economy is suffering major consequences and we are not sure what life will look like when all this is over," he said, adding that the number of victims in New York has not changed for days.
"There is still no talk of easing the measures, although the number of victims in the last days remains unchanged, but it seems that it can easily start to rise again, which is why everyone is on alert," he says.
As he adds, business in the Menhent real estate sector is currently stagnant, as in most areas, while the prices of certain services and products have decreased significantly, which can represent an opportunity for those who plan to invest.
