Tenants of four buildings below Ljubović, who oppose the construction of another building in their yard, are waiting for the outcome of negotiations between the Capital City and the investor.
As we learn, the Capital City proposed to the company "Gradnja promet" not to build a residential building on that plot, which would literally make life in the settlement impossible, but for the Municipality to give them the land in another location.
In the meantime, the construction inspection has determined that the building, whose construction has already begun, violates the DUP.
However, the responsibility for 30 more apartments, than allowed by the plan, will apparently be borne only by the auditor, while the chief city architect and the municipality are persistently silent on this topic.
