Another sleepless night for the firefighters. After extinguishing the fire in the area of Podgorica and its surroundings, members of the protection and rescue service had their hands full repairing the damage caused by last night's storm that hit Podgorica.
"We had floods, fallen trees, damage to residential buildings, floods in basements," said Goran Janković, head of the protection and rescue service, who was a guest in "Colors of the Morning" and added that teams are on standby.
Janković emphasized that in the last seven days there were over 160 fires and over 200 interventions. He points out that it turned out that the largest number of fires were caused intentionally.
"Yesterday on Mali Brdo, we managed to defend all residential buildings," Janković said.
