Tenants from this street in Zagorič fantasize about asphalt: "Before the elections, they promise, but nothing of the kind"

Tenants from Ulica 14 in the Podgorica neighborhood Zagorič dream of asphalt.

For 30 years, whenever it rains, the residents of this street struggle to cross the 600-meter-long street without asphalt.

The resident of the street, Dražen Rakočević, says that this part has water in the winter and dust in the summer.

"Children can't go to school, elderly people can't go to the store. Usually, before the elections, they promise asphalt, but nothing like that," Rakočević said.

In addition to the problem with the asphalt, the residents of this street have a problem with weak electricity and low water pressure.

"Whoever has a one-story house, there is no water on the first floor," said Rakočević.
