20 patients are currently being treated at the Pljeval hospital.
"One patient has a mild clinical picture and 17 have a medium-severe clinical picture, currently in a stable condition. We have a patient with a more serious clinical picture who was admitted to the Pljeval hospital last night and will probably be referred to one of the respiratory centers today", said the director of the Pljeval hospital, Erduan Lalović.
One doctor and one nurse are among those infected in hospital treatment, and another 19 medical workers have also contracted COVID-11. An increased volume of work is also noted in the covid clinic of the Health Center. That is why, instead of one, two doctors are now working in two shifts, and there are 11 of them in total.
"In the covid clinic, 50 to 60 patients are examined daily. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2 patients have passed through the covid clinic until today," said the director of the Health Center, Ilhan Tursumović.
Patients complain that employees at the Health Center do not answer phone calls?
"You know, there is not a single reason why they should not respond to a phone call for health reasons," explains Tursumović.
In the meantime, Dragomir Žugić from Pljevljak, who was discharged yesterday after 21 days of treatment in the Pljevlja hospital, complains about untimely health care. He claims that he was admitted to the hospital after several days of waiting, only after his wife, who was also in serious condition, gave way to him.
"In order to receive an infusion in the covid clinic, I first had to go to the pharmacy, covid positive, to buy longacef and some other vitamins, some ampoules, and I carried that upstairs to receive and I received the infusion sitting on a chair," said Žugić .
The Pljeval Health Center claims that they are not informed about such cases.
"To be honest, I don't have that information," Tursumović said.
The hospital explains that they properly triage patients.
"If it does not require oxygen support, if the saturation is good, patients are referred to home treatment with regular attendance for therapy," said Lalović.
The people of Pljevlja are getting used to epidemiological measures - some more severe, some lighter.
The Pljeval rescue team says that the measures are yielding results.
"As of yesterday, there were 199 patients in Pljevilja, 477 cured and unfortunately 18 died," said Goran Čavić, deputy head of the Municipal Rescue Team.
Supervision was also strengthened by the Communal Police.
"As for legal entities, restaurateurs, they all respect the measure of the ban on catering activities", said the head of the Municipal Police, Bojan Bajčeta.
Inspection teams visit and control about 50 catering establishments and shops every day. They say that there were no major irregularities, and therefore no punishments.
