Whether Prime Minister Duško Marković and seven other ministers are violating the Constitution and the law by simultaneously performing parliamentary functions in addition to government functions, although this is expressly prohibited by the Constitution, the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption will determine in the proceedings it initiated against these officials.
During the presentation of the Report on the surveillance carried out during the election campaign, the Agency announced that they had initiated 44 procedures for violations of the law.
Although the European Commission and the OSCE state that DPS abused state resources and institutional advantage during the campaign, ASK director Jelena Perović says that they cannot determine this, because they do not have the legal authority.
