The reconstruction of two streets in Cetinje, Mojkovačka and Bajička, has been going on for almost three years and many in the capital are asking when the work will finally be completed.
Cetinje's opposition criticizes the local government for the huge delay, Vodovod retorts that the works are in the final phase, and see the new deadlines in the TV Vijesti attachment.
