The deadline for oil exploration in the Montenegrin sea will be missed. Completion of the first phase is expected in October.
The Directorate for Hydrocarbons is not worried about this because, as they say, more precise data on the field being investigated and the safety of workers and the environment are much more important.
It is still too early to predict whether we have oil or not, but the statistics showing that every fourth well has oil, and in Norway even every second one, justifies high expectations and the millions invested.
