In the summer, Podgorica has been a sleepy city, to put it mildly, for years in terms of culture and entertainment.
This year, that impression is reinforced by the circumstances caused by the epidemic, when everything, in order to have a better season, moved to the coast.
What is left for the people of Podgorica, what do cultural institutions offer us, how much have we used some potentials, and has our entertainment been reduced to just a bar?
