The search for a parking space on weekdays in the center of Podgorica has become a morning routine instead of exercise for everyone who performs their work or duties in this part of the city. The race for a free parking space takes place according to unwritten rules, known only to experienced drivers.
The owners of cars that are parked in such a way as to prevent the passage of other vehicles, leave notes with a phone number, so those who want to get out should just call the owner and wait a few minutes until he appears. If it happens that the owner does not answer the call, the residents of the surrounding buildings will know where to look for him. It is enough just to press the siren and one of them will surely peek through the window.
Some have decided to save their place by placing stones on the street or a warning sign, but sometimes that doesn't help either.
