After almost two years, in the Basic Court of Kotor, the trial of building inspector Vladan Juretić for accepting bribes, while Boško Nenezić, from Budva, was tried for giving bribes. The case was disclosed on the last day of October 2019 in the Načisto show, when the recordings that Nenezić secretly made during a special hour were shown.
While Nenezić claimed during the trial that he paid the racket to building inspectors because he was threatened, Juretić denied that he took money.
A day later, due to this case, the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Pavle Radulović resigned.
"What we saw last night unfortunately confirmed part of the information, which we at the level of the police department have had for some time. In this connection, we tried to prosecute one of those two, and another inspector who works in Budva, in disciplinary proceedings Due to the fact that we did not succeed, although we fought to eradicate this type of behavior, regardless of whether it happened in 2013, 2017 or 2018, because those people are still working in the ministry, I decided that as the head of this body I will resign," Radulović said in November 2019.
Judge Danijela Samardžić will publicly announce the verdict against Juretić and Nenezić on December 17.
Construction inspector Zoran Bošković was tried in the Basic Court of Kotor, but he died this summer, so the proceedings against him were suspended.
