At midnight, the election silence begins before local elections on Sunday in Cetinje, Mojkovac and Petnjica, where a total of nearly 27 voters have the right to vote.
The most uncertain race is expected in Mojkovac, where five opposition lists, which are in power at the state level, want to take over the city from DPS.
The campaign was marked by accusations from the opposition that the DPS is attracting its voters from other municipalities through a change of residence, which is denied by the DPS, but also by friction between the DF and the "Ne damo Mojkovac" list, which is associated with Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić.
