Among them is the central city park on Ćemovsko polje, while they are not giving up on the reconstruction of the Independence Square, with the fact that the appearance of the Square may not change.
The leaders of the Capital City presented new projects that will be started this year.

In the meantime, the construction of the collector in Botun should begin, against which the locals are protesting, demanding that the location be changed.
The Capital City says that the location remains because the profession said so, and that they are open to talking with the locals to improve their lives.
As for the criticized reconstruction of the Independence Square, Mayor Ivan Vuković replies that a study is awaited, which will assess whether the project will be financed by themselves or through a private-public partnership.
The appearance of the Square itself does not have to change, but they remain committed to creating 770 parking spaces.
As for the ruined former Belgrade Department Store, Vuković claims that they cannot sell it because the Government won't give it to them.
Vuković also announced that new buses will appear on the streets of Podgorica in the next three months.
