"We are in a political crisis and a responsible move was required in order for the country to move forward. I am proud of all the good that this government has done, I also bear responsibility for the bad. However, this project with Krivokapić at the head of the government has reached its limit and the mandate of this government will will end tomorrow. We need to open a new democratic chapter... Montenegro must move stronger and stronger towards Europe...", Konatar said.
"The biggest regret I have is that the Deputy Prime Minister and the leader of GP URA did himself great harm with the moves he made in the previous months, and I feel that I have lost a permanent partner with whom I thought that this Montenegro would be better. Time will tell who was in right...", said Milatović.
"According to that survey, more than 50 percent of citizens believe that elections are the only long-term solution to get out of this situation," replied Milatović.
He also added that "the mandate should be returned to the citizens" and that local and extraordinary parliamentary elections should be held "at one cost".
Konatar said that GP URA is not afraid of the election and showed the research data according to which the party has the support of around eight percent.
"Don't worry about our percentages," Konatar said.
Milatović said that if this government falls and another government is formed, "that government can get the support of DPS".
"As a citizen, I think it is a betrayal of the electoral will of the citizens. If that government depends on the DPS, it is a betrayal of the electoral will...", said Milatović.
He stated that the only sustainable situation is "the reconstruction of the existing Government, which would become an expert-political one".
Milatović said "that the Deputy Prime Minister blocked it".
"The non-partisan expert government was the only model of how a government could be formed after August 30... I think it was the only concept..." Konatar said.
When asked whether citizens have more rights "to believe more in your assessments", Konatar answered:
"The basis of the government will be the parties that signed the Memorandum on Cooperation... We expect that after the vote of no confidence in the Government, negotiations will begin...", Konatar said.
To the question "why is the DF silent" and whether they will professionalize positions in state enterprises or "will they move their cadres and minority parties there", Konatar answered:
"Quality and integrity come first. This practice must be stopped and I expect the minority government to be a step towards ending this practice. I think that the DF's behavior at this moment is mature and sober," said Konatar.
He said that "the new government will continue with the salary increase program".
"The key goals, apart from economic reforms, are for the government to implement and agree on the electoral reform proposal, as a two-thirds majority is required, and to vote for the election of the VDT with at least 49 deputies, to elect the judges of the Constitutional Court and the Competitors of the Judicial Council... This government would have to lasts at least one year".
Milatović accused the author of the show of stretching the Deputy Prime Minister and General Manager of the URA.
"It's a shame," Komnenic said.
Milatović said that it is certain that "the government is not ideal".
"I am the first who was not a supporter of the expert government. DF MPs can testify to that," said Milatović.
He added that he never defended things that were not good in public.
"Her numbering (Bratić) was not in the context of negative connotations," said Milatović.
Milatović said "at the beginning of January, they realized that in the previous few months, since the Europe Now program came out, you were afraid of our political engagement".
"We would have made the program differently if we wanted populism, it is fiscally neutral... We used knowledge and teams to benefit citizens," said Milatović.
Konatar, reminding Milatović that he supports the prime minister, said that Krivokapić is behind the newspapers "Ne damo Nikšić", "Ne damo Herceg Novi", "Ne damo Mojkovac".
"Members of the closest family (Prime Minister Krivokapić) with state cars are going to Berane to form a list, to Kolašin. We are pretending to be crazy, as if the citizens did not see the members of the closest family with official cars. And that is a betrayal of the electoral will," Konatar said.
Konatar said that divisions arise when a protest is organized and Minister Bratić "insults representatives of minority parties and members of the Assembly with chauvinistic statements, and you and Spajić stand calmly next to her".
"Instead of taking the microphone from her and telling her that it is not good, you are trying to justify Vesna Bratić. I would cry from happiness and what would be the symbolism if someone who is not Orthodox signed the Fundamental Agreement with the SPC," Konatar said.
He added that the problem is that Milatović "does not see a problem in Bratić's statements".
"Her statements create divisions, not the signing of a memorandum. Bratić's statements and your unwillingness to condemn those statements are creating divisions. When you call me a traitor and the prime minister says that behind our project is the seizure of 400 kilograms of cocaine... that creates divisions in society Konatar said.
Milatović said that "Damjanović (former acting head of the Revenue and Customs Administration) in the few months he was in office did not realize that there were 50.000 taxpayers who were not properly registered with the Tax Administration. Is this normal", asked Milatović.
When asked by Konatar if he had ever said anything against DPS and Milo Đukanović before August 30, Milatović did not answer.
Milatović said that it is paradoxical that on the day when the Information on the Basic Agreement was adopted, Abazović did not appear at the Government session and vote, "he is already going on a private visit to Patriarch Porfiri".
Konatar reminded Milatović that Vladimir Leposavić was dismissed by the votes of DPS, and when asked if he came out and said then that it was a betrayal of the electoral will of the citizens, the minister answered "no".
"You didn't protest then because it was someone else's armchair," Konatar said
"The issue of freedom of religion is over. Another issue that is being manipulated is that the Europe Now program will end with the new government, which is not true... It is a set of laws adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro, and the fact that it was adopted is a guarantee that it will function with the next one as well government... The third manipulation - DPS will not be part of the government and will not return to power," said Konatar.
"If anyone supported the Europe program, now it is GP URA... No one is destroying that. That is one of the three key deceptions. The first deception is that the church is endangered...", said Konatar.
He also stated that the "fight against corruption" had begun.
"Cigar smuggling was stopped, two tons of cocaine were seized... and Montenegro became the first next member of the EU. That's where the Government hit a wall..." said Konatar.
"It is a great honor for me to be a part of this government... There are three key things because of which the elections were won on August 30 - it was the church, the economy and justice. After a year and a half of work by the government, the church was resolved, that law was adopted and I guess a fundamental contract will be signed...", said Milatović.
He added that Krivokapić is an honest man and that he agreed to be the list holder of the Coalition for the Future of Montenegro and that he entered politics because of the Law on Freedom of Religion.
"Citizens started receiving salaries a few days ago as part of the Europe Now program, and the country that is the poorest in the region became the country with the highest minimum wage... The citizens saw that, but what the citizens don't see and what is missing is a little more justice ...", said Milatović.
Milatović also said that "Vijesti" "presents some story that exists in the split in the government to the public, standing on the side of Konatar".
The editor of the show told him to speak freely in the TV Vijesti show and to allow him to ask a question.
"The problem arose when the ministers, chosen as experts, began to see competition in the deputies of the parliamentary majority and to calculate political games," said Konatar.
He reminded that Milatović "would not even be a minister if it were not for the concept of an expert government".
