Part of the citizens of Ulcinj opposes the arrangement of the Great Pier on the Pier as provided for by the Maritime Property project, worth 800 euros.
They delivered a petition with 200 signatures to the first man of Ulcinj, asking him to stop the implementation of what they say is a scandalous project.
The signatories of the petition do not want a square on the Great Scaffold with a green belt and benches at the foot of the Old Town.
They say that the scaffolding cannot be turned into a park, and that if this project comes to fruition, it will be functional until the first storm.
