The president of the Chamber of Architects, Novica Mitrović, called on the members of the chamber not to participate in the project competition for the development of conceptual solutions for residential and commercial buildings for the needs of the University of Montenegro.
The university plans to build two towers and two buildings in the area near the New Student Dormitory in Podgorica, and Mitrović says that there is no place for so many buildings in that location.
The University rejects the accusations.
