After the water pipe burst again, in Nikola Đurkovića Street in the Masline neighborhood of Podgorica, the competent services repaired the pipe failure, but there was still a lot of unfinished work.
The street remained unearthed.
"We are only a kilometer from the city center, that is, from the Podgorica Municipal Assembly, where we live in bad conditions. There is great irresponsibility on them and on their public companies, Vodovod and Putevi. This mockery, which has been repeated for a long time, we cannot understand why, aren't the services of public utility companies, that is, Vodovod and Putevi, not trained to do this once more," said Miodrag Grujičić, who lives in that street, in Colors of the Morning on TV Vijesti.
He said this must be the tenth time the pipes have burst.
"Seven days ago, a pipe burst, we notified the water supply company, they didn't come for two or three days, then they showed up, dug this up as you can see and supposedly fixed it. I want someone who is responsible to take something more serious and do at least part of what they promise," said Grujičić.
