While numerous countries in Europe, and even in the region, have been talking loudly and promoting energy saving measures for some time, in Montenegro the recommendations are announced quietly and without any major actions.
That's why Elektroprivreda is launching a campaign from tomorrow that will call on citizens to use electricity rationally, because they claim that every kilowatt is precious to them in a situation where prices are skyrocketing.
They also say that the Government, whose National Energy Council has not yet met, should have reacted long ago and recommended savings measures to public institutions.
