Recently, there are more and more foreigners in Montenegro, and according to the data of the Administration for Cadastre and State Property, over 23.000 of them own real estate in our country.
The agencies say that foreigners buy apartments in Podgorica through them, but not to a significant extent.
A large number of them, however, rent them and are willing to pay a lot, which is why rents have risen significantly recently.
