Today, young people in Montenegro have the chance to travel abroad and get an education through various programs. Any knowledge is welcome and nothing should be missed that can be useful. Also, collegiality is important because by helping others you learn to lead a team and improve yourself. Passion for the work you do is the spice without which the whole magic will not work.

What are your personal habits, qualities that have brought you to where you are today?

I live the work I do. I am dedicated, enthusiastic and see failures as introductions to the final solution of the problem, not as obstacles. I love the people I work with and I try to ensure that everyone puts their greatest strengths in the foreground, and that together we improve what we lack as a collective.

What types of business ideas interest you the most and are you looking forward to?

Innovative ideas that make this country a better place to live. Ideas that start new things, that help society to function more noble. Not everything is a cutthroat market.

What will be your contribution that will have the greatest effect in the further development of the candidate through the show?

I am ready to work with each candidate as a mentor and help in the areas I know. Young people should be supported. We live in a time when the education system is meaningless and children do not learn how to master new knowledge, but to frantically reproduce what they have learned by heart. Children do not learn how to master new skills and improve the ones they already know. A stereotype has been imposed that it is better to work in the civil service because of security. The elites have imposed a general attitude that money can be obtained overnight and with good connections... All these are circumstances that are not encouraging for young people and starting a business, and our social role is to change the reality full of stereotypes.
