Another attempt, the fifteenth, to start the trial of the President of the Municipality of Tuza, Nik Đeljošaj, for calling for resistance due to the blockade of the Podgorica - Tuza road less than two years ago, failed.
This time, one of the accused, the head of the Tuzi Communal Police, Redžep Čunmulaj, said in court that he could not hear well, and that Đeljošaj had to attend the Tuzi Municipality Day.
However, on the eve of the start of the trial, Đeljošaj accused Judge Ivana Becić of having paid for a feature that was broadcast on Television Vijesti, in which we dealt with possible obstructions of this trial.
He also sent a possible threat, saying that "he will defeat them in every way, even if he has to and the way he knows he shouldn't".
However, two hours before another attempt to start the trial, Đeljošaj sent a statement from his official email to the media, reacting to a feature on Television Vijesti for the weekend, in which we discussed why the trial has not started for a year and a half, even though the main trial is regularly scheduled. He dedicated the largest part of his statement to judge Ivana Becić, claiming that the trial is being delayed for other reasons, such as a change of judge, non-appearance of the prosecutor, irregular delivery.
"And not, as claimed in the fake report by TV Vijesti, which was ordered by judge Becić, that I am the reason for the delay. At the previous hearing, she told me, even before the start of the trial process, that I had already been convicted. After this, I asked for her exemption, which Boris Savić refused and thus took upon himself a great, great, great responsibility," said Đeljošaj.
He allegedly also has information through whom the judge ordered the attachment.
"Since she ordered and paid for a feature on TV Vijesti through a family member convicted of corruption, she prepared the ground to detain me."
After the trial was postponed once again, Đeljošaj repeated the accusations against the judge and journalists in front of the court.
