Although Montenegro, within the framework of the Berlin process, signed agreements with the countries of the Western Balkans in November on the mutual recognition of identity cards, diplomas and professional qualifications, they have not yet been confirmed by the government, nor ratified in the parliament.
The National Coordinator for the Berlin Process Đorđe Radulović assures that this will happen in the next month. The former Minister of European Affairs, Jovana Marović, also calls for ratification as soon as possible, pointing out that it would be an important indicator on the way to reviving our European path.
