Television Vijesti checked how much basic life products will become cheaper as part of the action of the government and the largest retail chains on the formation of an anti-inflationary basket with 25 products.
The Ministry of Economic Development, in agreement with representatives of retail chains, created the "Stop Inflation" program, which includes the definition of an anti-inflationary basket that will contain at least one item of 25 basic foods, said relevant minister Goran Đurović at yesterday's Government session.
Lower prices of 25 basic food items, different consumers are waiting for us from Tuesday in the markets of the five largest retail chains in the country.
Some announce the expansion of the list and say that there is no fear of a shortage of discounted products, because they will have replacement items.

Of the five large retail chains contacted by TV Vijesti, four did not provide data on discounts in their facilities. But in one of them they announced the expansion of the list.
The Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism said that on Tuesday, when the campaign "Stop Inflation" begins, Minister Goran Đurović will visit markets in Podgorica that have formed an anti-inflation basket.
