Olivera Injac, a member of the Presidency of the Europe Now Movement, pointed out that they see partners in the minority parties.
"We have never problematized the issue of the diaspora, in the way that some others have. It is perfectly fine that they should express themselves. We ask our brothers and friends in the diaspora to understand and know that this is not the loss of Montenegrin statehood, but the end of the rule of Milo Đukanović's regime ", said Injac.
Injac also said that they were convinced of the convincing victory of presidential candidate Jakov Mlatović.
"Milatović is a precise man, who studiously and responsibly approaches the realization of all tasks...", said Injac.
She pointed out that the European Movement is now ready for extraordinary parliamentary elections.
"It would be very good for Montenegro. This way of functioning of the parliamentary composition showed weaknesses in the previous period...", stated Injac.
She also said that Milatović will be the president of all citizens of Montenegro.
She could not answer whether she would resign from the party position.
"You will have to discuss that with him. I am not authorized...", said Injac.
Liberal Party President Andrija Popović pointed out that Milatović's messages after declaring victory were correct and conciliatory...
"I congratulate the new president, and I also congratulate the citizens because the election day passed very dignified. I believe that this is the democratic standard that we have adopted and that it will be the same in other elections," Popović said.
Bosniak Party MP Suljo Mustafić said that Milatović's conversion instills absolute hope and confidence that he will act as the president of all citizens.
Injac stated that messages of optimism were sent.
"This is a message for all of Montenegro - let's turn to the future and look in a direction that will overcome everything that has divided us so far," Injac said.
Popović: I am afraid that Europe will not be the new DPS now
Liberal Party President Andrija Popović congratulated Milatović and the Europe Now Movement "on the new president".
"It's obvious that you can't get the position of president from the opposition. We've been in the opposition for two and a half years, the people love winners. I'm afraid that we didn't get a new DPS, Europe now. I don't know how it will go on and on. reflect this on the extraordinary parliamentary elections," said Popović.
Injac said that the Movement of Europe "will not be the new DPS" now.
"We are open to all forms of cooperation and to begin the recovery of political and social processes...", answered Injac.
Bosnian Party MP Suljo Mustafić said that they are preparing for extraordinary parliamentary elections.
"We will participate in the elections independently and I am sure of a good election result. We have a constant trend of growth in the electorate, now it is somewhere between five and six percent, and I reckon that this support will be even more in the next elections...", Mustafić stated.
Popović: I expect an exciting, tense and dead race
The president of the Liberal Party, Andrija Popović, said that he expects an exciting, tense and "dead race".
"Candidate Milatović has a better chance, he is the favorite, but favorites don't win," said Popović.
He pointed out that the election day passed peacefully and congratulated the citizens.
Bosnian Party MP Suljo Mustafić said that the most important thing is that the election day passes peacefully.
"We supported Milo Đukanović and he entered the second round with a significant gap. I think the result until the very end will be with a small margin when it comes to the winner," said Mustafić.
Tadić Mijović: Victory over the conspiracy theory that Đukanović was trying to promote
The executive director of the Center for Investigative Journalism, Milka Tadić Mijović, said that Milatović's victory "will be impressive".

Civic activist Džemal Perović pointed out that he is sad that something like this "didn't happen 20 years ago".
"In these 20 years, evil, organized crime has strengthened... there is so much influence in state institutions that we will have to deal with the legacy of Đukanović for another 10, 15 years," said Perović.
Kovačević: Peaceful election day, minor procedural irregularities registered
The program director of the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT), Milica Kovačević, said that the second round of the presidential elections was marked by a rather peaceful election day.
She pointed out that there were fewer procedural irregularities than in previous elections.
Kovačević said that the counting of votes will go faster than in the first round.
"We will announce the results when we are sure that we will announce the correct winner," Kovačević said.
