The presidential elections are a sort of prelude to the parliamentary elections, and the fact that they are already scheduled for June 11 suits the Europe Movement the most, Ognjen Mitrović from the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) said in the Morning Colors.
He said that it can be assumed that the voters "carried by the euphoria" from the presidential and local elections will once again provide significant support to that party in the parliamentary elections.
Mitrović, in Colors of the Morning on TV Vijesti, said that it is positive for democratic development that the democratic change of government has been confirmed. "That cycle would be completed exclusively by the formation of a stable government, which will continue on the path of EU integration and the development of Montenegrin society as a civil and rule of law society," he pointed out.

Biljana Papović from the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT), commenting on yesterday's result, said that in the local elections in Podgorica, it became clear that the balance of political forces has become different from what we have in the executive power.
"Citizens decided to choose the program that was on offer, perhaps for the first time the situation was colored by economic topics, promises for faster entry into the EU," she said.
She said that Milatović's victory was expected after the first round of presidential elections.
Borislav Đurišić from the Direct Democracy Initiative said that during Milo Đukanović's speech last night, it was clear that he did not take defeat easily.
"The people who were around him, you could clearly see the expressions on their faces, also the group that didn't allow questions to be asked... It was obvious that they didn't enjoy that defeat," he said.
Darvin Murić, editor of the Raskrinkavanje.me portal, said that election day was surprisingly calm when it comes to disinformation, if marginal portals from Serbia are excluded.
"In the first round, we had fake surveys almost every day," he recalled, saying that the campaign, when it comes to disinformation, was more intense than the local elections, but not at the level of the 2020 parliamentary elections and the local elections in Nikšić.
