From April 17, the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant will undergo overhaul, and then Elektroprivreda will switch to the import side, said Nikola Rovčanin, executive director of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG), in Colors of the Morning on TV Vijesti.
He said that he expects the overhaul of the Thermal Power Plant to last 40 days.
"We have enough accumulated funds and good management in energy management where they reserved certain quantities even for July, August and September at favorable prices that were at the beginning of the year," Rovčanin added.
He said that EPCG's business for 2022 is positive and amounts to 4,2 million euros.
"In the first quarter of 2023, EPCG made a profit of over 75 million euros from operations. EPCG made a profit of 85 million euros from the export of electricity for January, February and March," said Rovčanin.
