The Minister of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, Ana Novaković Đurović announced that the decision to demolish Milo Đukanović's buildings is absolutely in accordance with the law, and that the buildings can be legally demolished.
Novaković Đurović said in a guest appearance on Television Vijesti that on March 29, "an invitation to the party was taped on the building that an inspection would be carried out on March 31, he could appear and possibly give comments."
She assessed that the demolition of buildings is "absolutely in accordance with the law", and that the inspector is independent in his decision-making when he has a legal basis, because, as he says, the buildings were erected contrary to the planning documentation.
"The proof that the inspector was solely guided by his competences in that area is that in addition to these facilities, you also have auxiliary facilities, which we do not have the authority to control. The inspector informed the Municipality of Nikšić, which is responsible for those facilities," she said.
