Ljesar said that he will work diligently on the investment strategy.
"I believe that the company can deliver results and implement an adequate plan for a period of five to seven years, which would include investing in the fleet and expanding the fleet. The company cannot function with two planes, it must function with an investment, which must be justified On the other hand, the company must provide the economy, citizens and the government with what they expect from it," he concluded.
Stojanović said that the company "Air Montenegro" made a "big move", but that a good part of those who participated in it "were dispersed in a bad way".
"The company has a serious perspective, it cannot have more than half of the fleet in the arrangements it has now, it must be regulated in a completely different way. It has a serious perspective and a chance to be, from the aspect of the number of passengers, what 'Montenegro Airlines' was." "There is no outline of a national carrier yet, there is a chance for that, but in order to achieve that, people who deal with things like Mr. Hodžić and Mr. Ljesar must not be part of the company's management bodies," he concluded.
Ljesar said that he needed the written consent of the executive director of Anžur to present the details of his contract.
He stated that the amount of his salary is at the level foreseen by the systematization.
"If he additionally performs the function of commercial director, which is currently the plan, he will not receive additional compensation".
He said that Anjur is also being planned for office accountable manager one day, which, he points out, is the practice in aviation.
Stojanović agreed that it was natural for Anžur to be i accountable manager, "but not in the way they carry it out".
Ljesar said that it is planned that Anžur will be the commercial director this season. "If he judges that he needs help in that area, and I believe he will need help, in a legitimate process he will choose a commercial director".
Ljesar said that the document that Stojanović showed was unofficial.
"The government was not asked, a report was made within the service on potential needs in the next five years... The board's task is to create an investment plan and it will be ready by the end of the year. It is clear to everyone that the airline cannot function with two planes".
Stojanović showed a document with which, as he said, the company is asking the state for 99,98 million euros for a period of five years.
He said that it was mentioned "at some meeting in the government", and that he received the document in an email from the then acting director Saša Radović, that the email was also sent to Ljesar and others.
"One hundred million euros of state money went to four parties, and for the office, as they said, serious studies are needed.
He said that he did not agree with the document and that he believes that he should not have left the company.
Ljesar said that Stojanović is confusing the public and that he is providing information nine months late.
He said that the information that seven million euros are in the airline's account, as announced by the Government, is not correct. "At the time we spoke, the prime minister probably did not have the correct information. At the end of June, there were 8,2 million in the account".
Stojanović said that the mandatory engine overhaul of the two planes will cost 27 million euros and that it must be done in the next few years, five years at the latest.
Ljesar pointed out that with a third of the employees compared to "Montenegro Airlines", they achieve almost the same result.
When asked if he felt responsible for the video that was heard by the public tonight, Ljesar said that the person who "edited the video and committed a criminal act" should feel responsible.
He rejected allegations that it was a rigging of the competition for the executive director.
The show aired an audio recording of the conversation between Ljesar, Hodžić and board member Suad Đelović, which allegedly took place on March 10, 13 days before the competition for the new executive director was announced, to which Stojanović had also applied.
Ljesar said that he heard the recording for the first time, and that he was informed about it on April 13. "At that time, my colleague Vuk Stojanović, together with my colleague Suad Đelović, blackmailed me with a recording, citing parts of the recording."
He claims that the video is not authentic and that it was staged. "I know that it was not filmed in the same locations, in the same rooms, and that the video was edited. Someone obviously made an effort to commit a criminal act, to edit it and release it to the public now.
He said that in some parts he could hear his voice and in others he could not. He stated that he filed a criminal complaint in April regarding the alleged threats.
Stojanovic said he found out about the video on the day he was interviewed as a potential CEO, and that he was considering dropping the interview.
"After that, I informed Ljesar that it was dishonorable what he was doing, the way he was placing, abusing the name of high-ranking officials, including the prime minister, when he told me, in the presence of Đelović, that I was trying to influence his decision. I sent an email to withdraw from the competition".
Ljesar said that he filed the criminal complaint after Stojanović's "sentence - before you make a decision, you should know that there is a recording".
It is evident, as he said, when you look at the work biographies of Marko Anžur and Stojanović, why the current executive director is in that position.
"Even if the video is authentic, but it is not, the strategy mentioned in the video was never part of the evaluation methodology for the selection of the director. A very easy look at the two strategies, Anžur and Stojanović, shows that no two letters are the same".
Stojanović presented the information that the company "Air Montenegro" transferred funds in the amount of 168.335 euros to companies owned by Hodžić in the previous year.
"Then, when I drew your attention to these matters and a possible conflict of interest, you said that I would cause damage to the company and a renowned partner," Stojanović told Ljesar.
Komnenic recalled the allegations that at the end of May of this year, the ownership of the companies that were headed by Hodžić changed, a few days before the state airline renewed the contract with the company "Oki Air".
Stojanović said that, according to his data, Hodžić's companies were re-registered as related parties.
Komnenić asked Ljesar if he was aware of the fact that he was sitting on the board with Hodžić as a man whose companies are in a contractual relationship with the state company as a representative and if he considered it a conflict of interest.
"It is not my right to judge whether he is in a conflict of interest, that is solely up to the individual. If he believes that he is in a conflict of interest, he should submit a request to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and establish whether or not he is in a conflict of interest.
"As an individual, I believe that if he had a contract that he did not fulfill due to the position he holds, it means that if he had a contract before becoming a member of the Board of Directors, that contract is legitimate. Those contract changes did not happen and he fulfilled the contract before became a member," said Ljesar.
Ljesar reminded that the contract with the company "Oki Air" was signed before Hodžić was on the board and that the company provided services to "Air Montenegro" before Hodžić became a member of the Board of Directors.
Stojanović said that the former head of the commercial sector, Dragana Frantov-Nikolić, had dealt "serious blows" since the board was appointed with him and Ljesar as members.
"Mr. Ljesar then defended her and conveyed to me positive experiences with her from the board of directors he was on before me," he added.
He claims that board member Orhan Hodžić said that "one will not walk around Podgorica with a Serbian passport", reminding that Frantov-Nikolić came to the company from "Air Serbia".
"I resent Mr. Ljesar for not sanctioning him, kicking him out of meetings, he should not have allowed that," he pointed out.
Ljesar said that he believes that the Board of Directors is an institution where accomplished professionals reside and where everyone is responsible for their spoken words and actions.
"At no time, at any official session, did I hear those allegations, and I have been on the Board of Directors for 26 months".
He said that he had an exceptional collaboration with Dragana Frantov-Nikolić and that he had no objections to her work. "She left at her personal request. To my request on board if there is anything we can do to keep her position, the answer was - no".
Ljesar, when asked what has been waiting for the development strategy so far, reminded that the company "Air Montenegro" was founded during the period of the covid-crisis, and that it developed during the period of the Ukrainian crisis.
He said that the primary task of the board is to prepare an investment and development plan and show the Government what further investment would mean for the economy. "It is up to the Government to decide whether it wants to invest".
Stojanović said that, as a board, they appeared before the founder immediately after taking office and then said that it was necessary to write a development strategy.
"Mr. Ljesar and I had an agreement, I even wanted to take responsibility for developing a plan, to create a team, however, attempts to assemble a team were impossible, because personal animosities prevailed in relation to the profession. The people I was could not be a team either thought they should be, and then I couldn't be either".
The editor and host of the show, Petar Komnenić, said that the "To Montenegro" company told him earlier that the guest on the show would be a member of the Board of Directors, Orhan Hodžić, but that he was informed at the last minute that Ljesar would come instead.
Ljesar assessed that there is a "media chase" that is harming the company.
