However, the residents of Režević, who strongly protested the announced construction, say that the fight is not over yet, so they ask the authorities to ensure that the area is valorized in the right way.

A large five-star elite tourist complex with an area of over 80 square meters will not be built at the Skočiđevojka location near Budva.
This is the verdict of the Administrative Court that was passed in May for the second urban planning plot at this location, after late last year it annulled the consent given by the former chief state architect Mirko Žižić for the conceptual solution on one urban planning plot.
This is welcomed by the residents of Režević who filed a lawsuit and strongly protested the announced construction, as well as the current chief state architect Vladan Stevović.
However, the two-and-a-half-year struggle for the preservation and adequate valorization of this area is not yet over, since the investor - the Cypriot company "KDP Promotion and Investments Limited" submitted a request to the Supreme Court to review the decision of the Administrative Court.
The locals of Režević claim that in the meantime they discovered numerous abuses by the investor, among other things, that he untruthfully called the building a high-category hotel in order to receive a series of subsidies.
