The head of the search and rescue service in the Directorate of Maritime Safety and Port Management (UPSUL), Žarko Lukšić, said that the PM (31), who drowned in Trašte Bay yesterday, is a Montenegrin citizen.
In Colors of the Morning, Lukšić said that in that accident near Blue Horizons, a group of young people probably recklessly entered the waves, which had already reached a height of two meters.
He also said that the slightly older man, who died near Perazić dol, is a citizen of Russia.
Lukšić noted that the situation at sea is much more dangerous today than yesterday, due to the increased wind, especially on Velika Beach in Ulcinj, but also on the Bar Riviera. Tonight, he also stated, a strong northerly wind is expected.
Owners of watercraft and bathers are advised, as he said, not to go out into the open sea and into the water today.
He said that four human lives have been lost at sea since the beginning of the year.
