The concessionaire of the Brskovo mine in Mojkovac, the Swiss company "Tara Resources", did not submit the project documentation to the Government, for which the scheduled deadline was July 25. Opponents of reopening the mine claim that the conditions for terminating the contract have been met.
The company, however, blames the delay on the state administration, which has not yet adopted the Detailed Spatial Plan, which is why they expect the government to extend the deadline.
The competent Ministry of Capital Investments is silent on this issue for the time being, and the Civic Initiative Zdravi Mojkovac says that, if the contract with the Swiss is not terminated, they will take all the legal and legal measures provided for by law.
