The owners of the land at the "hotels and villas" location, which includes the stretch from the former Galeb hotel in Ulcinj to the Albatros hotel villas, blocked traffic today due to what they claim is discrimination and threatened property rights.
Twenty-nine owners of lots on that stretch have been waiting for planning documentation for more than 20 years, so that they can valorize their land, even though that area has been earmarked for the development of high tourism since the end of the XNUMXs.
