In one part of the Skadar Lake National Park (NP), a gate was installed, thus preventing access to the beach for tourists and citizens.
It is still not clear who installed it, the authorities believe that it was done by private individuals who built facilities in that place.
When asked when the gate was installed, Tomislav Ukšanović from NP Skadarsko jezero said that he could not know the exact time.
"This is an area that is so devastated and some actions are being carried out, that is, some works are being carried out, which I won't say happen overnight but very quickly, so we are not always able to say precisely. What is our obligation is that every we record the change in the space and forward it to the competent institutions," said Ukšanović in Boje jutra on TV Vijesti.
He said that this gate was also forwarded to the competent institutions.
When asked if they received an answer and if it was known who installed the gate, Ukšanović said that it was certain that it was installed by the owners of the building.
"That is our opinion. Who is correct, first name, last name, that will surely be determined by the competent institutions that come. As we have many times reported some illegal things that happen in this locality, how are we sure that there will be a reaction to this as well and determine whose it is," said Uksanović.
He said that the authorities have already reacted.
"In the last few months, we have had more reactions and what we know for sure is that they impose fines, bans on construction, however, despite everything, something like this is happening," said Ukšanović.
