Ten of the 17 ministers, led by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, do not want the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption to look into their bank accounts.
That even without their consent, the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) can have insight into everything they receive and spend through their bank accounts, suggested the Working Group dealing with amendments to the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
Although, according to announcements, they were supposed to be decided by the former convocation of the Assembly, there is still no proposed law, which should be preceded by a public hearing.
