At the 11th Pride Parade in Podgorica on October 21, the LGBT community will demand the adoption of the law on gender identity based on self-determination, the harmonization of related laws with the Law on same-sex life partnerships and a new Strategy for improving the quality of life of LGBT people.
In addition, they demand that the authorities solve the numerous attacks on them.
