The University of Montenegro continues the joint construction of a residential and business district behind the Technical Faculties in Podgorica with private investors, and will receive a quarter of the built apartments and business premises.
They claim that they could not have valorized their 1.500-square-meter lot in a better way, and that there is nothing disputed from the legal point of view, although it is not usual for state institutions to enter into such projects with private partners.
The university is not giving up on the construction of towers and residential buildings in the vicinity, but a moratorium has been put on that plan at the moment.
