The general regulation plan will not be worked on, the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Urbanism confirmed to Television News, explaining that new regulations are being prepared to decentralize the area of spatial planning.
During that time, the draft of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro needs to be evaluated by the Review Council, public discussion, and procedures in the Assembly and the Government. In addition, it is still an open question whether on October 14 all existing, local and state planning documents will cease to be valid, and how the urban planning and technical conditions will be issued.
