Ćalović Marković said that for the new alliance that will form the new government, it will immediately be seen whether they will have a proposal for a solution on the criminalization of their own enrichment, whether they will limit themselves and potentially criminalize personal behavior, or whether they will try to take over the system and use it for political or personal interests.
On that occasion, Bešić said that if a new capitalist class is born from a new political structure on illegal grounds, we will have proof of continuity where each new government will create a transitional bourgeoisie.
He said that if in a few years we have new millionaires who buy Ferraris for their grandmothers, it will be a plastic example of them doing the same thing, only producing their new transitional bourgeoisie.
Ćalović Marković said that the company Easy Drive imported cars worth one and a half million euros, and that Zoran Ćoćo Bećirović imported a Ferrari and asked where that money came from.
She also said that the grandmother from Nikšić imported two armored Mercedes to Goodište in 1938, and the grandmother from Bar an armored BMW in 1932 and paid 200.000 euros for it.
"What about the pension. These are things that the government should deal with, where does the huge money come from and where does the money that leaves Montenegro end up, and not to fight among themselves for the thousandth time because that suits those who hunt in the dark," she said. is Ćalović Marković.
Bešić and Ćalović Marković said that the opposition should be given all the census control mechanisms that DPS provided when the census was conducted while that party was in power.
Bešić asked the question, if Montenegro is a civil state, why does it matter how many Serbs, Montenegrins there are?
"Obviously, it is very important to both of them how many Serbs and Montenegrins there are, and when it comes to minorities, the same applies," said Bešić.
He said that ethnicity in Montenegro is very important to citizens and an important political factor, and that unfortunately, when the census comes, that problem comes to the surface and cannot be ignored.
He said that as far as the 17 DPS conditions related to the census are concerned, there are radical places to make a political consensus.
"The list is necessary and should be maintained, but I see no reason why some of what the DPS demands as a party that calls for a boycott should not be fulfilled," said Bešić.
He said that it is not good for anyone to boycott the census.
He said that everyone should be given insight into all elements of the process.
Ćalović marković said that we will count blood cells instead of dealing with reforms.
She said that the rise of nationalism will lead us to additional polarization, political crisis and nothing good and constructive.
She said she saw no reason why a government that had lost confidence was doing such an important job.
She said that the political situation is stabilizing and that it will have legitimacy unlike this government.
Bešić said that the current Prime Minister Dritan Abazović intuitively initiated a large number of cases and that he influenced the opening of a circle of people in the zone of corruption and organized crime from the ranks of the previous government.
He said that Abazović did not do this because of essential reform, but because it is the best way to increase the capacity of your authority.
"When we have a system with a dominant party, which falls from power and which has a large amount of corporatist-criminal material, the one who arrests those exes and sends them to prison gains popularity. We have had this happen in Serbia, Croatia, always," Bešić said. .
He said that if you intend to arrest, penalize and argue with the members of the former regime who did criminal things, a new structure will be created to do that, and not for you to appear in the media as someone who arrests them.
Ćalović said that both Vesna Medenica and Veselin Veljović will be freed by people who are part of the system from which they originate.
"Those who have turned a blind eye to everything that happened for 30 years will continue to turn a blind eye, because they have kompromat from each other that they have collected for years, there is no free will anymore. That is why vetting is necessary. We proposed solutions for which the Government did not want to We proposed the establishment of a special court for the trial of cases related to corruption and organized crime, where the conditions for the appointment of those judges would be those implied in the vetting and honest people who have no ties to criminals even before the Constitution and 5 other laws are changed," said Ćalović Marković.
Bešić said that the URA made mistakes that will have to cost them, and that he meant the unintentional mistakes they made in the exercise of power, and that they made some important political decisions intuitively.
"At the moment, URA is a small sect of admirers of Mr. Abazović's image and work," said Bešić.
He said that the fabric of URE is the same as that of Europe now.
He said that ideologically he does not see why they should not be part of this government.
Ćalović Marković said that there will be a "breaking of spears" whose political staff will get positions in the judiciary.
"I'm afraid that everyone will try to appoint their party cadres, which they have under their control," said Ćalović Marković.
She said that after the change of government, we received almost no information from the new political structure about what the DPS was doing, which they also claimed was corrupt.
"Until the DPS is held accountable for its inactions, the officials of the new government will not be held accountable either. Instead of calling out the DPS and reporting it to the prosecutor's office, they learned how to do it themselves," said Ćalović Marković.
She said that she expects legal solutions from the new government to free the institution.
Bešić said that the President of Montenegro still enjoys authority.
He said that he does not think that there are not personal but conceptual disagreements between the President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović and the Mandatory Milojko Spajić.
He said that Milatović has better political communication than Spajić.
Bešić said that he does not trust the international community and that he would like us in the region to try to follow the standards of good practice without relying on the international community.
"While the negotiations were going on, the international community, the West, put pressure on the construction of the government. That's not right. When the international community puts pressure, it's okay, and when Serbia interferes, we say the international community says it's not right. Paradoxical." , said Bešić.
He said that the international community is acting hypocritical globally.
Bešić said that it is impossible to predict how ZBCG will function in the government.
Ćalović Marković said that the international community has a negative view of the inclusion of the ZBCG coalition in any government structure.
She said that this is an opportunity for ZBCG to show if they can apply what one of the leaders of that coalition, Andrija Mandić, was a candidate for the president of Montenegro.
She said that when it comes to the international community, ZBCG is not acceptable because through them Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is destabilizing the situation in Montenegro and because of their ties with Russia.
"But the same international community has extremely good cooperation with Vučić, who also met with Putin, the Chinese..." said Ćalović Marković.
Ćalović Marković said that the agreement signed by the constituents of the future government can easily become a "dead letter".
Bešić said that the new government will have very serious support.
"But it is about the government's capacity to deliver what the citizens expect," said Bešić.
He said that he thinks that the incumbent Milojko Spajić will sincerely work on the Europe now 2 program, which implies an increase in salaries and pensions, because that is his only political capital.
"If he doesn't do it, he and his party are politically dead," Bešić said.

Bešić said that there are dishonest relations between the partners who will make up the future government, because in the zone of sincere trust, there would be no minority support of the coalition For the Future of Montenegro, but it would be in the government.
Ćalović Marković said that political structures put their interests first.
"Each of the political structures will pull to their side," said Ćalović Marković.
Bešić said that the minority government is a quasi-rational compromise government.
The Coalition Agreement on the formation of a new government was signed today by the leaders of the 11 parties that will make it up, TV News reports. This, as stated, was confirmed to television from several parties of the future government.
The agreement was signed by the future prime minister and leader of the Europe Now Movement Milojko Spajić and the leaders of the New Serbian Democracy Andrija Mandić, the Democratic People's Party Milan Knežević, the Democrat Aleksa Bečić, the Socialist People's Party Vladimir Joković, CIVIS Srđan Pavićević, and the leaders of five Albanian parties, three of which consists of the Albanian Forum: Nik Đeljošaj, Ivan Ivanaj and Ferhat Dinoša and two who are in the Albanian Alliance coalition: Fatmir Đeka and Genci Nimanbegu.
The sessions of the Assembly where the leadership of the Parliament and the new Government will be elected will be held next week.
The new President of the Assembly will be Andrija Mandić and his coalition "For the Future of Montenegro" will provide minority support to Spajić's Government in the next little more than a year, and at the end of 2024, a reconstruction should follow by which NOVA and DNP will enter the Government and receive one vice-presidential position and four ministries.
In the new government, PES will have a prime minister and 10 ministries, the Democrats will have the post of deputy prime minister, the deputy prime minister and four ministries, the SNP will have two departments, the Albanian Forum will have one vice-presidential post and one ministry, CIVIS will have a vice-president post, and the Albanian Alliance will have one department.
Bešić said that he does not think that this is the best option and that it cannot be said that this is good news for Montenegro.
"I think it's good news that we have it at all. I don't think it's good to go to elections again. Whatever it is, it's not well organized, but I still think it's good news," said Bešić.

Ćalović Marković said that it is better to have a government than elections, because if they had elections, they would again end up with the same actors leading the negotiations, and they would lose six months.
"I also think that there were many better combinations, but I think that there were also worse ones. I think that the worse combination would be if we came to a variant where PES forms a coalition with DPS. Essentially, between DPS and Front, they chose those who, in their opinion, are less evil. We will see if they are and how evil they are, because they have many faces," said Ćalović Marković.
