Borko Stefanović, vice-president of the Serbian Parliament from the opposition Party of Freedom and Justice, in an interview with Television News, says that no one from Serbia has the right to comment on the process of government formation in Montenegro, or other internal issues.
Asked why Serbia has not extradited Svetozar Marović to Montenegro for so long, even though it is obliged to do so by agreements, Stefanović replied that it should be asked of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
Commenting on the situation in Kosovo, he emphasizes that there will be no positive developments without political changes in Pristina and Belgrade.
Stefanović does not want to predict whether the new Montenegrin government, which includes the structures of the former Democratic Front (DF), can improve Serbian-Montenegrin relations, bearing in mind the inappropriate interference of official Belgrade in the processes in Montenegro.
He says that the approach of the Serbian opposition to this issue is diametrically different from the approach of the current government in Serbia.
Commenting on the situation in Kosovo, Borko Stefanović emphasizes that there will be no positive developments, especially after the recent incident in the village of Banjska, without political changes in Pristina and Belgrade.
Stefanović concludes that the national reconciliation of Serbs and Albanians is necessary, and that the Serbian opposition is ready to work on it, but that no one in Serbia can ever accept the recognition of Kosovo's independence.
