After the Podgorica Social Democrats (SD) and the Liberal Party (LP) requested the dismissal of the director of the Public Institution (PU) "Kakaricka gora" Marko Čađenović because some of the users of that public institution used drugs, Čađenović said that it was political manipulation and that this is an unfounded attempt to discredit the institution.

Čađenović said in Boje jutra on TV Vijesta that he does not feel any responsibility for what happened, but satisfaction that, as he claims, they solved the problem.
On the other hand, from the non-governmental organization (NGO) Juventas, they assess that the current management is not the only one to blame for what happened, but that they still bear part of the responsibility.
"The goal is to discriminate against the institution, its entire work. From 2008 until today, we have saved countless lives. An elephant is made of a fly. We did the job properly. We detected the presence of the substance in four clients, terminated the therapy contract and removed them institutions for a certain period of time, they will definitely be given a second chance, but the rules are clear," Čađenović pointed out.
When asked how it is possible that someone introduced the substance if Čađenović says that if they had such controls, Čađenović said that the problem would be if they were silent.
"If people were positive and we were silent, then there would be a problem. We solved the problem. How is it possible? They bring drugs into the prison, into the plane, past all the scanners," said Čađenović.
Jelena Čolaković from Juventas said that she believes that the institution is responsible because it did not implement adequate conditions for both therapeutic treatment and security in this particular case.
"This does not mean that this administration is responsible for all the problems that occur in the system, but we can learn a lesson from this, Mr. Čađenović, that if the security service needs to be strengthened, it should be strengthened," said Čolaković.
The day before yesterday, the news announced that due to the consumption of psychoactive substances, several clients of "Kakaricka gore" were removed from that specialized institution for the treatment of addictions in Podgorica.
