Tonight, the government voted on a proposal to appoint Sim Jokić, an electrical engineer from Nikšić, as a member of the Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda on behalf of the Europe Now Movement (PES), TV Vijesti has learned.
Jokić is employed at Nikšić Vodovod.
Jokić is the third proposal of PES after the MPs of that party from Nikšić, Vladimir Bakrač and Uglješa Urošević, rebelled today against yesterday's proposal of the Government to have electrical engineer Bojana Savić on behalf of PES in the Board of Directors.
The original solution of PES was Radovan Bijelić.
Both Bakrač and Urošević claimed that there was an unjustified hunt against Bijelić in the previous days and demanded that the decision be revised and that he be proposed as a member of the board, and not Savić.
In the end, however, it was agreed that it would be Jokić, as a compromise solution.
