Only in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica since the beginning of last year, 41 cases have been opened regarding forged diplomas, which were mostly obtained outside of Montenegro, and some indictments have already been filed.
Psychologist, economist, forestry engineer and physical education teacher - these are some of the titles through which individuals got a job, and whose diplomas may be fake.
In the Center for Civic Education, they claim that the cases must be brought to an end and that the punishments must be stricter, so that those who cheat do not occupy very important and responsible positions.
