The Secretariat for Communal Affairs of the Capital City of Podgorica submitted a proposal for the formation of a commission for the creation of a program of temporary facilities for the period from 2025 to 2029.
Andrija Babović, Acting Secretary for Communal Affairs, pointed out that the commission will consist of, in addition to representatives of this administrative body, representatives of the Secretariat for Traffic, the Property Directorate, the city architect, and representatives of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property.
"The goal is to predict possible locations, draw new ones, delete some old, existing locations that have been up for tender several times, I will also explain to you the process of how city property is allocated, that is, the tender process. We now expect that the Ministry of Planning and Urbanism the law is adopted, that law also treats temporary facilities as well as the types of temporary facilities that will be included in the program. that the citizens are used to, but what that cottage can look like will really be foreseen by the program. After that, of course, the inspection will control whether the party has done it on the ground or not," said Babović.
He adds that over 200 requests have been received so far.
"Let's say you applied for the installation of a kiosk, it was included in the program, so the team went to the field, found that there are urban planning and technical (UT) conditions, you got them, after that you have to register the construction," said Babović.
