Since the beginning of the year, the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution has had 93 procedures for compensation for damages caused by stray dog bites, the number of these cases is also shown by the fact that they are only now resolving cases from August last year.
No one knows how many dogs there are on the streets, and teams in charge of catching them are on the ground every day and remove stray dogs from public areas.
Experts say that the solution is simple - taking responsibility, both animal owners and authorities.
