The Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro (PKCG) believes that the drop in foreign investments last year by over 45 percent compared to 2022 was due to several reasons, among which political instability is the key.
Now the situation has stabilized, so PKCG is optimistic that it will have a positive impact on investments.
Even the Government is aware that this information is not something we are proud of, so they are preparing the Law on Strategic Partnership.
