After last year's floods, which swept away two bridges in Bijelo Polje and Mojkovac, the Montenegrin Army installed its own as a temporary solution.
However, the two municipalities have done almost nothing to build new bridges, so the residents of the Bjelopolje village of Ravna Rijeka fear that they will be cut off if the soldiers are removed.
The Army says they will do it when the municipalities create the conditions, and they hope it will be soon. It seems they won't, though.
