Novović reminded that it is up to school administrations and parents' councils to decide whether children will carry mobile phones.
"My recommendation is that parents don't take too much interest, that they let their children be more independent, that they take responsibility. It is important that parents show interest, love, but never fear, because this can put additional pressure on children, making it difficult for them to become independent or maturing, but that's all a matter of agreement between the school and the parents," he said.
