How stable the Montenegrin Government is will be seen after receiving the IBAR, and a lot will depend on the fact whether the Democrats will remain in it, said the director of RTV Nikšić, Nikola Marković.
He said in "Colors of the Morning" on the TV Vijesti program that he believes that whatever the epilogue is, there will be no elections this year.
Marković comments on the interpretation of the president's cabinet, which states that Jakov Milatović would have put himself in the position of the Constitutional Court if he had called local elections in Šavnik, as a matter of taking a political position.
