The Ministry of Finance has prepared a confirmation that the money for the post of director of the Police Administration is available, but the prerequisite for announcing a competition and filling the positions is the personnel plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was confirmed unofficially to Vijesti Television.
According to unofficial information, the Department of Finance has prepared a response to the request of the MUP, which it received this week, as well as a confirmation that funds are available for the position of police director.
However, in the answer, they also point to the fact that the MUP did not adopt a personnel plan, which was required by the Law on Civil Servants, and which is the basis for employment, including the director of the Police Administration.
