Vučković: General session of the Supreme Court in the first half of May

After the holidays, the General Session of the Supreme Court should be held, where the judges will choose between Ana Vuković and Miodrag Pešić for the presidency of the highest court in the country.

This is what the Acting President of the Supreme Court Vesna Vučković told the journalists, indicating that although seven advertisements have failed so far, they have confirmed the proposal twice, but there was not a two-thirds majority at the Judicial Council.

Vučković also explained what will be the task of the Commission, whose formation is underway, and which will control the work of the Special Department of the High Court.
